One thing that is new this year is my banker can get grants for real estate. You have to qualify financially though.

He has done 3 $20,000 grants for me this fall.

How would you like an extra $20,000 to buy a home in the Idaho Falls Idaho real estate market?

The process is pretty simple, but we will need to add at least 45 days on the contract so KC Kuttler of Patriot Lending can get you the grant.

He can tell you how much home you can buy, and if you qualify for a grant.

Some people don't because they make too much money, but the people that have get instant equity of $20,000.
